The ACT Rural Landholders' Association is the peak body representing the farmers in the ACT region.

RLA membership is available to any rural landholder, grazing licensee, or farm manager in the ACT region.
Family members, people who used to own farms, and friends of the RLA are also welcome to join.

Please carefully read each category to determine which membership level applies to you.
All membership applications are subject to approval by the committee.

The membership year ends on June 15th each year.

Standard Membership $40.00 (AUD), prorated to $20.00 (AUD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: June 15th No automatically recurring payments

I am an ACT farm owner
I am an ACT grazing licensee
I am an ACT farm manager
Your ACT business is an ATO primary producer with an ABN
Your permanent residence is in the ACT

Note that there is a maximum of THREE voting members per farming operation, regardless of the number of properties/businesses owned.

Associate Membership (non-voting) $20.00 (AUD), prorated to $10.00 (AUD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: June 15th No automatically recurring payments
Select this membership if you satisfy TWO of the following:

I am a family member of ACT farm owner
I am a family member of ACT grazing licensee
I am an ACT farm manager
My work and income is on farm(s) in the ACT
I live on an ACT farm

Friends of ACT Farmers (non-voting) - $10.00 (AUD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: June 15th No automatically recurring payments
Select this membership if you satisfy TWO of the following:

You used to be an ACT farm owner, manager, or worker
You are a farmer in the ACT region
You volunteer on farms in the ACT
You are interested in farming and rural matters
You wish to participate in the activities of the association
